Welcome to FatinQamber.com. By accessing or purchasing from our online boutique, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, trust, and respect between our clients and our studio.

Products & Artwork

Each artwork is an original creation unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments in product descriptions or photographs to reflect the true essence of each piece. Availability of merchandise (such as apparel, accessories, and printed goods) is subject to stock and production timelines.

Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed upon successful placement at checkout. Payments are made securely via bank transfer to the IBAN provided at checkout. To secure your order, transfers must be completed within 3 hours of purchase. Orders not paid within this timeframe may be automatically cancelled.

Prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise noted.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on whether you purchase original artworks or merchandise. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. All delivery dates are estimates; unforeseen delays (such as customs or couriers) are outside of our control. Merchandise shipping prices are included in the product price.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original art and custom merchandise, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In the rare case of damage, please notify us immediately through our Contact page so that we may resolve the matter with care.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are included into the product price.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, photographs, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Fatin Qamber. Purchase does not grant reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without express written consent.
